We started small, with a focus on quality. We purchase first-rate materials from top-quality manufacturers, and provide them to our customers at realistic prices. In addition, we also offer our customers a wide range of custom services: from advice on which wire to use; to labeling, twisting or striping wire, the professionals at KC Electronics will be there to help our customers succeed. In June of 2001, we relocated our operations to a brand new 12,000 square foot distribution center facility which enables us to better meet our increased storage needs and to support our growing business. KC Electronics Product Return Policy

Returns for KC Electronics Non defective products must be made within thirty days (30) from the date of purchase, unless otherwise indicated. Returned product must be in original packaging, unused, undamaged and in saleable condition. Proof of purchase is required and all non warranted items are subject to a %15 restocking fee. KC Electronics will issue a credit less the %15 restocking fee for the purchase price. In the event the item is considered Non Cancelable Non Returnable then under no circumstances will a return authorization be issued by KC Electronics. Return shipping costs for all non defective products must be prepaid.

For product returns, please follow the instructions below to assure prompt handling:

  • For product purchased on KC email us providing the purchase date, the original invoice number and the item number. Or, you may call KC Electronics Customer Care at 1-888-295-2062.
  • Include the reason for returning the product. Indicate whether you would like a replacement product or a credit to your KC Electronics account.
  • If the packing slip is not available, please provide the purchase date, the original invoice number and the item number for the product.
  • When shipping the product, carefully package the item(s) and include the packing slip. Ship the package to address on your return authorization form. Please prepay shipping – KC Electronics does not accept C.O.D.s.
  • You may also drop off the product directly to KC Electronics or request a call tag which is subject to applicable shipping fees.
  • Non Cancelable Non Returnable orders are sold on a "Final Sale" basis only. No cancellations, returns, refunds or credits are allowed.
  • Shipping Policy

    You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order.

    Information for External Providers

     K.C. Electronic’s external providers shall follow the requirements for:

    1. The processes, products, and services to be provided including the identification of relevant technical data (e.g., specifications, drawings, process requirements, work instructions);
    2. The approval of:
      1. products and services;
      2. methods, processes, and equipment;

    4. The external providers’ interactions with the organization;
    5. Control and monitoring of the external providers’ performance to be applied by the organization;
    6. Verification or validation activities that the organization, or its customer, intends to perform at the external providers’ premises; g. test, inspection, and verification;  
    7. The use of statistical techniques for product acceptance and related instructions for acceptance by the organization;
    8. The need to:
      1. Implement a quality management system; − use customer-designated or approved external providers, including process sources (e.g., special processes);
      2. Notify the organization of nonconforming processes, products, or services and obtain approval for their disposition;
      3. Prevent the use of suspected unapproved, unapproved, and counterfeit parts;
      4. Notify the organization of changes to processes, products, or services, including changes of their external providers or location of manufacture;
      5. Flow down to external providers applicable requirements including customer requirements;
      6. Provide a certificate of conformity, test reports, or authorized release certificate, as applicable;
      7. Retain documented information, including retention periods and disposition requirements;
    9. The right of access by the organization, their customer, and regulatory authorities to the applicable areas of facilities and to applicable documented information, at any level of the supply chain;
    10. Ensuring that persons are aware of:
      1. Their contribution to product or service conformity;
      2. Their contribution to product safety;
      3. The importance of ethical behavior.
